If you are a new customer to Engage Commercial, you will have received a welcome letter notifying you of the transfer of your commercial loan to Engage Commercial. If you did not receive this letter, please let us know. Your original loan conditions are unaffected by the transfer and we are committed to ensuring that our customers suffer no disadvantage through the transfer of their loan to Engage Commercial.

As part of the transfer process, any automated or Direct Debit payment with your previous lender will have been cancelled so you will need to make alternative arrangements for payment. For details of how to make a payment to your loan(s), please click here.

Please include your new account number(s) on any payment to enable us to identify and process it efficiently.
